At Restaurant Bolena in 1080 Vienna, good wine meets excellent culinary background. Our kitchen concept is based on modern cross-over cuisine, with a varied menu, which we adjust seasonally approximately every 5-6 weeks. Let yourself be enchanted by our exquisite dishes such as antipasto, tiger prawns & scallops, organic dry-aged pork, Ötscherblick pork, fresh pasta and the famous organic beef tartare. Our guests are also delighted with our changing desserts. If possible, we are also happy to prepare dishes off the regular menu on request in order to be able to take intolerances and allergies into account.
You will also find selected sweet wines to go with our desserts. Our kitchen is open from Tuesday to Saturday from 5:30pm to around 10:00pm, and the air-conditioned interior ensures a pleasant stay at any time of the year.
